Have I pulled a vocal chord or something? Please help me!?

I had a very bad migraine last night, so I went to bed. I woke up this morning, and the back of my neck/head hurt really badly. Then I noticed my throat was tight and sore, as if something was pulling down on it. Its sore in the crease of my chest and neck, right in between my collar bones. I'm a singer/musician/song-writer, but i've never experienced something like this. I'm a mezzo-soprano, and when I try to hit high notes now, It feels as if something is popping, and it's sore. Please help me, I don't know what's wrong, I have a gig this weekend, and I don't have any money to visit a doctor right now. :C
