Les miserables auditions?

I have auditions for les miserables coming up and I would like th part of eponine! It is my dream role out of any musical my personality is alot like her and my voice is very loud (belt) and I'm mezzo-soprano. I'm good with the song, but I'm looking for ANY advice on how to get eponine! Btw the directors prefer you sing the song your character sings if you're going for specifics.
