Bible: 2000 years old. How accurate/ true is a book 2000-years old now.. All books can be outdated?

Athiests mock the Bible but for a Christian, it always has been and will remain a life manual. IT never becomes outdated cos you can read the life of David for example and pick out he was a man after GOd's own heart and you learn how to do the same
