Does anyone still make portable digital pets? Like tamagotchis?

When I was growing up, Tamagotchis were very popular. I'm trying to find a modern version of the same thing for my little one. My "outdated" one doesn't hold her attention. Anyone know where I can find a modern portable virtual pet? (Note: I'm not looking for a portable game system that has a virual pet game ex. A PSP. A small portable pet device only.)
