How can I extend my Pakistani Visit Visa?

I am an American Citizen in Karachi for the summer visiting family. My visit visa expires on July 10nth. I'd like to stay in Karachi till the end of July but I don't where to go or who to call to extend my visit visa. Can anyone help me? All the websites I went to are outdated with phone numbers that dont work.
