Should I buy a Xbox 360 or PS3 now in 2011 or wait for the PS4 and xbox 720?

Well i heard that the new models for the ps3 and xbox 360 are very near and i just wanna throw away my $300 dollars for something that's gonna get outdated soon so is the news real,do theese still have time left,help me plzzz so i can get one next week????most probably i will get a ps3, no offence please!!!!!!!!
