Varyag v/s Gorshkov, did the Chinese outsmart the pants off Indian military?

This Gorshkov deal also has something fishy to it........and needs to be inquired into. I seriously doubt that there are some beneficiaries from its mind boggling cost, which keeps on increasing every now and then like "Draupadi Ki Saree"
